Think about how bad the DMV is. That is going to be the same people looking after your healthcare.
At very least if you make a real attempt in your life and have a career you can afford to buy competent health care, America still have the best 5 year survival rate for cancer. Even with all the complaints about your health system.
Here it can take 6-12 month for emergency surgery. For minor issues it can take up to 10 years.
