Oh, another sobriquet I use from time to time, is either Trumpenprole, or it’s conjugations, ala Trumpenproletarian, Trumpenproletariate etc, but i use these terms sparingly, as it too often causes that stunned deer in the headlight reaction, which is fine if you have tired of that individuals nonsensical shrieking, but not so much if you want to have further dialogue.
